Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens coverage. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. with no on-call responsibilities, and offers a pay rate of $339.50–$367.50 per hour.

Inpatient and outpatient services include embolization, angiograms, and other IR procedures. Credentialing is expected within 90 days, and Michigan licensure is required along with BLS and ABR certification.

Qualifications

• Board certification in vascular and interventional radiology is required.
• Medical license in Michigan is required for the assignment.
• Authorization timeframe for credentialing around 90 days.
• Proficient with Cerner EMR and catheter-based procedures.

This facility is seeking a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; no call

• Types of Cases: Vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures, including embolization, angiograms, clot removal, inferior vena cava filter placement and removal, nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainages
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record: Cerner
• Certifications Required: Board Certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, American Board of Radiology certification and Basic Life Support
• Licensure Required: Michigan medical license
