Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support at a hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. Start ASAP with a pay rate of $363.75–$393.75 per hour. Flexible 7-day stretch schedule includes 9 hours on-site and 15 hours of unrestricted call.

Credentialing is expected within 60–90 days. Required credentials include a Radiology residency and IR fellowship or equivalent IR experience.

Qualifications

• Radiology residency and IR fellowship required, or equivalent experience.
• Eligible for credentialing within 60–90 days.
• Procedural proficiency in angiography, angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy/thrombolysis, embolization, IVC filters, drainage.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures per patient needs.
• Collaborate with hospital staff for patient care and coordination.
• Support on-site coverage with flexible hours and call duties.

This facility is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Job Settings:Hospital


• Modalities:No diagnostic reads. Procedures: angiography/venography, angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy/thrombolysis, embolization (UAE, GI bleed/TIPS, tumor), IVC filter placement/retrieval, image-guided biopsies, drainage (abscess, biliary, nephrostomy, para/thoracentesis).


• Shift/Schedule/Hours:Flexible. 7-day stretch preferred. 9 hours on-site and 15 hours of unrestricted call


• Dates Needed:As soon as possible


• Credentialing Timeframe:60-90 days


• Certifications Required:Radiology residency and Interventional Radiology fellowship, or sufficient experience for the requested procedures.
