Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Grand Junction, CO vascular surgery team. The candidate will see clinic patients, round in the hospital, perform inpatient consults, assist with discharge planning, and provide first-assist support in the OR as needed.

Requirements include a PA/NP degree, an active Colorado license or eligibility, BLS and DEA, plus successful credentialing. New grads with vascular surgery training are welcome.

Qualifications

• PA or NP degree from a fully accredited program
• Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
• New grads are welcome to apply; must have vascular surgery training and rotation

Responsibilities

• See clinic patients, rounding in the hospital, inpatient consults
• Discharge planning and first assist duties in the OR as needed
