Job summary

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Vascular Access Team, providing vascular access device placement and coordinating patient care across the campus.

You will assess veins, choose the best device, use ultrasound, and work with a diverse team through onboarding focused on competency. A relocation bonus may apply if residency is outside the designated distance.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and strong communication.
