Job summary

Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Vascular Access Team. This full-time role involves 3-12 hour shifts (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are eligible.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Virginia RN or multi-state license.
• Certifications: BLS required; VA-BC within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Tailors and prioritizes care to individual patient needs.
• Plans routine transitional health care needs and responds to changes.
• Monitors EKG, hemodynamic variances during procedures.
• Maintains sterile technique and updates RN on line details.
• Documents all procedure details for permanent record.
• Mentors team members on infection control and device care.
