Job summary

VTP Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced Vascular Access Nurse Consultants to provide on-site and mobile vascular access support across client facilities in the Western/Southern United States.

You will place PICCs, midlines and IVs under ultrasound guidance, use ECG to confirm catheter tips, manage devices and educate facility staff. Evening/night shifts with travel to patient sites are included, plus a $10,000 sign-on for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Current American Heart BLS certification.
• Experience with ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIV) and vascular access devices.
• Ability to travel to patient sites as required.
• Strong independent work and scheduling capabilities.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Use ECG technology to confirm PICC tip position.
• Assist with management of PICCs and vascular access devices.
• Provide a wide range of vascular access services including port access and line removal.
• Educate facility nursing staff on PICCs and CVAD care.
