Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in California is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures, under the direction of the facility leadership. You will ensure safety, accuracy of documentation, and proper administration of medications and IV sedation in a fast-paced vascular access setting.

The role requires current RN licensure and ACLS/BLS certifications, with 4–6 years of related clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with state licensure and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• 4–6 years of related clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in ASC/ambulatory or vascular access settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care before, during and after procedures under supervision, ensuring patient safety.
• Maintains medical records and adheres to HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Administers medications and IV moderate sedation per physician orders, following regulations.
• Assists with equipment and instrument readiness, sterile technique and specimen handling.
• Performs post-procedure teaching and coordinates patient care with physicians.
• Maintains CQI practices, documentation, and incident reporting as required.
