Job summary

Trinity Health's St. Joseph’s Health in New York seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am). You will staff the Vascular Access team, perform IV placements, CVAD care, and collaborate with physicians and residents to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York.
• BSN preferred per NYS requirements.
• Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, communicate & facilitate optimal provision of care through computerized and/or digital platform.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate and support the plan of care using clinical knowledge and case-management principles.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure accurate documentation in the patient record.
• Maintain knowledge of health care economics, trends and reimbursement methodologies.
