Job summary

Lifeline Vascular Care in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for immediate placement in our Vascular Access Center. The ideal candidate has 2 years in diagnostic and special procedures, cardiac catheterization, and IR/Cath Lab exposure enhances candidacy.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with valid RN license in state of practice.
2 years’ RN experience; dialysis, critical care, medical/surgical or ambulatory surgery preferred.
ACLS and BLS certifications required or eligible for renewal.

Responsibilities

Provides ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures to deliver vascular access care.
Assist in recovery room patient care following vascular access procedures.
Gather patient clinical information prior to procedures including assessments and history.
Maintain up-to-date narcotic drug logs and accurate patient records.
Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post-care as directed by center manager.
Schedule patients for vascular access procedures and assist in transporting patients within the center.
