Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (ACEN/CCNE).
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registered nurse license in a U.S. state.
• May pursue licensure via bridge programs prior to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care as a Vascular Access Registered Nurse.
• Coordinate care focusing on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to influence care outcomes.
• Participate in unit/program quality improvement and customer service initiatives.
• Mentor licensed staff and nursing assistants as appropriate.
• Maintain vascular access devices including PIVs, midlines, and PICCs.
