Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking Vascular Access Nurses (RN) for multiple locations and shifts. The role delivers safe patient care using nursing process with emphasis on vascular access and line management.

Requirements include Florida RN licensure, BLS, and two years of acute care vascular access experience; PICC/ultrasound-guided IV desired. Competitive benefits and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Two years of recent acute care experience in vascular access or related high-volume IV care.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required; department-specific requirements apply.
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida and able to practice in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Manage vascular access devices and communications to support timely patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
