Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support Vascular products in the Pennsylvania/Baltimore region. You will train clinicians, drive product adoption, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Medical Affairs to achieve patient outcomes.

Travel is domestic (>60%), and the role requires solid clinical expertise, seamless cross-functional coordination, and a strong emphasis on training and customer relationships within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare provider with 5+ years in critical care or vascular access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk 8–12 hours daily, up to 5 days per week.
• 2+ years in Medical Device Industry is preferred.
• 3+ years in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical expertise in vascular access products.
• Identify targets and prioritize opportunities to meet regional objectives.
• Drive product utilization by expanding the customer base with networking.
• Customize evaluation and implementation plans for customers.
• Provide clinical training across regions as needed.
• Identify clinical champions and references for product advocacy.
• Utilize CRM to track progress toward performance goals.
• Communicate product feedback to Marketing and Leadership.
• Participate in educational and promotional activities at events.
• Train new field personnel on vascular products.
• Maintain licensure and credentials where applicable.
• Provide written/verbal field activity reports to leadership.
• Complete documentation and admin tasks timely.
