Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a VAS Returns Clerk to perform value added services including product inspections and evaluations within departmental specifications. You will analyze returned items for warranty, damage, and defects and determine disposition within set timelines.

The role offers a pay of $15.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional Saturday work as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma and some related experience.

Summary: The VAS Returns Clerk is responsible for performing value added services including product inspections and evaluations within departmental specifications.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 5:30pm) with occasional Saturday work as needed

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze and review customer returned products for warranty, damage, and defects
• Conduct limited research and update electronic records
• Determine the disposition of returned products
• Process returns in a management set time limit
• Supports safety initiatives and follows all safety guidelines
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiar in working with electronic devices preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, goals and objectives for self
• Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and professionally
