RJW Logistics Group is seeking to fill a general labor associate position in a fast‑paced warehouse environment in Illinois. The role involves restacking, repacking, labeling, and assembling product displays while ensuring safety and efficiency on the production line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with WMS software (Synapse) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restack, repack, and label boxes according to production and customer requirements.
• Assemble and build new end‑cap displays with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate on a fast‑paced production line while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures around machinery, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Identify and report issues such as packaging defects or equipment jams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area.
• Adapt to changing tasks or line positions as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate with supervisors to keep workflow running smoothly.
• Meet daily attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations.
