Qualifications

• High school or collegiate coaching experience.
• WIAA coaching education training completion.
• Clear Washington State Background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in all aspects of coaching the Track & Field team and program.
• Teach fundamentals, techniques, and skills using positive, developmentally appropriate methods.
• Prioritize the health and safety of athletes and model good sportsmanship.
