Job summary

Twinsburg City School District is seeking a Supplemental Coaching Position- Varsity Swim Head Coach at Twinsburg High School. The role involves organizing the swim program, coordinating coaches, and upholding sportsmanship and student development.

The head coach will report to the athletic director and work with high school and middle school staff, embracing ongoing professional growth and coaching clinics to improve program quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to organize and supervise a total swim program.
• Previous successful swim coaching experience in the assigned sport.
• Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for team success.
• Supervise and coordinate staff of high school and middle school coaches.
• Assist athletic director and principals in administrative duties and policy implementation.
• Mentor athletes to develop character traits and uphold sportsmanship.
