Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of varsity high school coaching or NCAA/pro player experience.
• Ability to explain, demonstrate, and analyze fundamental skills and strategies.
• Ability to meet CIF Coaching requirements and certifications.
• Ability to communicate with and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CIF rules and regulations pertaining to the sport.
• Ability to manage online applications for overseeing Athletic Team (Google Sheets/Drive, Home Campus, MaxPreps, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote growth.
• Prepare field/courts on Game Day and manage lower level logistics.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Athletic Director.
• Instruct and advise students on NCAA regulations with regard to academics.
• Promote sportsmanship and safety in all activities.
