Job summary

St. HOPE in Sacramento is looking for an Assistant Coach responsible for assisting the head coach in organizing the team program. You will conduct practices, motivate student-athletes, and instruct them in game strategies.

The ideal candidate will have CIF Certifications, CPR and First Aid Certification, and a desire to work at Sacramento High School. The role is stipend-based, starting at $500 per season.

Qualifications

• Desire to teach/work at Sacramento High School.
• Successful coaching experience.
• Ability to assess player's skills effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head coach with instructing players in the rules and techniques of the sport.
• Organize and direct practice activities as directed by the head coach.
• Monitor players during competition and practice.
