Job summary

Beaver School is seeking a dynamic Varsity Softball Assistant Coach for the spring season (March 1, 2027 – May 21, 2027). Upper School practices run 3:45–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend sessions.

A stipend is offered to the selected candidate. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of coaching or competitive playing experience at the varsity level, a passion for softball, and the ability to design engaging practices and communicate positively with student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years coaching experience and/or competitive playing experience at collegiate or high school level.
• Ability to plan engaging and challenging practices.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with players in a positive and meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with all softball program duties.
• Plan and conduct engaging and effective practices, games, and conditioning.
• Support recruitment and outreach to attract student-athletes to Beaver.
