Qualifications

• Must meet Diocese of Phoenix employment requirements.
• Safe Environment Training completed and Code of Conduct signed.
• FBI fingerprint clearance completed.
• Arizona driver’s license desirable.
• In good physical condition with initiative and good judgment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, parents and students.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental soccer skills and strategies while promoting the Pursuing Victory with Honor program and maintaining discipline.
• Assist in evaluating staff performance and program functioning.
• Ensure safe venues and properly maintained equipment for the sport.
• Coordinate supervision of student-athletes in all areas of play and locker rooms.
• Maintain open communication with faculty, staff and parents; advise athletes on academics and college recruitment.
• Perform other job-related tasks as requested by principal or athletic director.
