• Provide individual and position-specific instruction to student-athletes.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes and families.
• Communicate effectively with the head coach and athletic administration.
• Assist with game-day responsibilities and team operations.
• Support the overall goals and vision of the OLP lacrosse program.

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a Varsity Lacrosse Assistant Coach for the upcoming season. This is a seasonal interscholastic coaching position within a competitive CIF girls lacrosse program.

We are seeking a positive, energetic, and team-oriented coach who will serve as a strong role model and represent OLP with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to developing student-athletes. The ideal candidate will bring lacrosse coaching experience and a passion for teaching fundamentals, developing players, and contributing to a positive, competitive, and supportive team culture.

This role requires a coach who values competitive success while emphasizing character development, teamwork, accountability, sportsmanship, and personal growth, aligning with the mission and values of OLP.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Required Documents & Pre-Employment Requirements:

Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, and two professional references from current or former supervisors. Candidates must also provide official transcripts, a current negative TB test result or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, complete required training, and successfully complete Livescan fingerprinting. Employment is contingent upon obtaining fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
