Qualifications

• Prior lacrosse coaching experience preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with coaching staff and contribute positively to the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organization, and implementation of the varsity lacrosse program.
• Develop and implement practice plans focused on fundamentals, skill development, and team concepts.
• Assist with game preparation, strategy, and in-game coaching.
• Provide individual and position-specific instruction to student-athletes.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes and families.
• Communicate effectively with the head coach and athletic administration.
• Assist with game-day responsibilities and team operations.
• Support the overall goals and vision of the OLP lacrosse program.
