Job summary

Job description

Milan High School is seeking a Varsity Girls Wrestling Head Coach for the season starting November 16, 2026. Reporting to the Director of Athletics and the Principal, the Head Coach is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and maintaining a successful wrestling program while teaching fundamental skills, sportsmanship, leadership, and academic importance.

Candidates should possess previous wrestling coaching experience along with a strong working knowledge of the sport. Prior high school or college wrestling playing experience is preferred. Applicants must hold or be able to obtain CPR/AED certification and possess an MHSAA CAP 1 Coaching Credential.

Salary and hours follow the guidelines outlined in the Teachers Contract.
