Job summary

Austin Preparatory School in Reading, MA is seeking a Varsity Assistant Girls Tennis Coach for the Spring 2027 season. This role reports to the Director of Athletics and supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the girls’ tennis program.

The ideal candidate will have coaching/tennis experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for empowering student-athletes, helping them develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth within a values-based NEPSAC program.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and event planning.
• Passion for empowering students.
• Prior coaching/tennis experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Coach in all aspects of the girls’ tennis program, including administrative, instructional, and operational duties.
• Contribute to development of a competitive, values-based program emphasizing sportsmanship and personal growth.
• Uphold NEPSAC standards and regulations under supervision of Head Coach and Director of Athletics.
