• Demonstrated ability to coach high school athletes in football.
• Strong communication with players, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach with in-season and out-of-season practice/conditioning opportunities.
• Develop cohesive coaching relationships that develop all athletes.
• Teach and instruct all aspects of Football with emphasis on sportsmanship.
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and guidance to athletes & staff.
• Possess knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and community.
• Maintain equipment and rosters; support event planning and awards.
