Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Assistant Football Coach to motivate and develop athletes' skills while fostering teamwork. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing practice schedules, ensure the safety of students, and engage in the professional development of themselves and their players.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and relevant coaching certifications. The role emphasizes fair play, leadership, and student engagement, contributing to a positive athletic environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Idaho Teaching Certification, American Sport Education Program Certification or National Federation of Interscholastic Coaches Association Certification strongly preferred.
  • Certification or willingness to obtain certification in first aid and CPR required.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and develop each athlete's skills, attitudes, and habits.
  • Assist with organizing practice schedules and game rosters.
  • Ensure safety of students and maintain responsibility for equipment.
