Description: Position is responsible for the operation and organization of the boys ice hockey program at Rockville High School. The program is a cooperative team with 5 other high schools. The selected candidate will be required to: attend all team events, planandconduct practices, motivate student athletes on the field and in the classroom, work with the booster clubs, coordinate with the six schools involved as well as the hockey rink and instruct student athletes in game strategies and techniques. The candidate is responsible for the safety and supervision of all athletes on his/her team.
CT Coaching Certification & First aid/CPR Certificationrequired.
The stipend is for this position is per teacher contract. This position is part time and there are no benefits associated with this position. Please see attached contract for details.
