Qualifications

• Previous successful coaching experience is essential.
• Knowledge of coaching tactics and MHSAA & LSD rules is required.
• CPR and first aid certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team throughout the season.
• Recruit a full team of players and run tryouts.
• Coaching to achieve a winning record.
• Ensure players are academically eligible.
• Organize practice and game schedules with the Athletic Director.
• Manage team equipment and jerseys.
• Conduct offseason training and clinics.
• Comply with MHSAA policies.
