THE DELAWARE COUNTY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL SOCIETY is seeking a Varsity Head Boys Tennis Coach to begin play in Fall 2026. The ideal candidate will model Christian principles, demonstrate strong communication, and lead high school athletes in tennis techniques and game plans.

Responsibilities include running practices 3:00–7:00 pm, developing rosters, and executing game plans while upholding safety and sportsmanship. Commitment to the program and to representing DC well is essential.

Qualifications

Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Faith must be aligned with what we believe as described on the school's website.
Must be able to communicate a Christian-view of athletics.
Must know and understand the skills and techniques of Girls Tennis and effectively teach and communicate those skills and techniques to high school athletes.
Able to plan and execute team practices.
Able to organize and coach the team on game days.
High school, college or professional Tennis playing and/or Tennis coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Run daily practices anytime between 3:00-7:00pm.
Develop rosters, provide game plans and oversee effective execution of those plans.
Willingness to drive the team van to practices and/or games as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
