Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage team logistics.
• Experience developing and sustaining a competitive lacrosse program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices and competitions.
• Develop student-athletes’ lacrosse skills and teamwork.
• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches.
• Ensure player safety and uphold all policies.
• Communicate with student-athletes and families.
• Promote academic achievement and character development.
• Manage team logistics and preparation.
