Qualifications

• Must have WVSSAC Training and Certification Program completion.
• Attend KCS Staff Development Training on Concussions.
• Criminal Background Check and related costs as listed in the posting.
• Submit to annual applications and maintain eligibility for coaching.

Responsibilities

• Cooperates with building principal
• Cooperates with athletic director
• Develops rapport with coaching staff within the school
• Organizes coaching staff
• Develops positive relationships with participants, student body, faculty, parents, community, officials, news media, and opponents
• Employs appropriate conduct during practices and games
• Attends league, conference and WVSSAC meetings
• Motivates staff and players toward goals
• Follows WVSSAC policies and procedures
