Job summary

Coloma Community Schools is seeking a dedicated Varsity Boys Assistant Track Coach for the upcoming season at Coloma High School. The candidate will assist the Head Coach in planning practices, coordinating meets, and guiding student-athletes to compete safely and with sportsmanship.

Responsibilities include leading drills, promoting a positive team environment, managing equipment, and attending meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience preferred (high school level favored).
• Knowledge of track events and track rules.
• Strong communication with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
• Excellent organization and planning abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances.
• Availability to attend practices and meets, including some weekends/evenings.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Track Coach for the upcoming season at Coloma High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in planning and executing daily practices and meets, as well as providing guidance and support to student-athletes.
