Oberlin City Schools in Lorain County is seeking a Varsity Assistant Volleyball Coach for Oberlin High School. Candidates should have previous coaching experience, be organized, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the development of the high school volleyball program.

The Assistant Coach will support all aspects of the volleyball program, including player development, academic monitoring, community relations, youth involvement, and equipment management.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership to foster both academic and athletic success, assist in monitoring student-athletes' academic progress, develop safe and effective training programs, and coordinate game and practice schedules in accordance with school policies.

Employment is contingent upon passing background checks and obtaining necessary certifications, including CPR, Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Management, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Pupil Activity Supervision Licensure from the Ohio Department of Education.
