VARSITY ASSISTANT COACH / JV HEAD COACH - Girls Volleyball

Lititz Christian School is a small, private, K-12 Christian school located in Lititz, PA. LC is designed to build in each student a fully integrated, personal faith in Jesus Christ as well as an awareness of the gifts and talents that God has created in them to develop and use for His glory. What we hold to be most important at Lititz Christian is the spiritual and character development of the students in our care.

Lititz Christian School is seeking to hire a Varsity Assistant Coach / JV Head Coach - Girls Volleyball for the 2025-26 school year. A brief summary of job responsibilities and candidate qualifications is listed below. A more detailed job description will be available during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Assist the Varsity Head Coach in all aspects of developing a competitive PIAA-1A volleyball program.

Organize and administer the JV Girls Volleyball program in concert with the Varsity Head Coach.

Successfully use volleyball as a platform for training young women to be committed followers of Jesus Christ.

Work within the the rules and regulations of Lititz Christian School, the PIAA and CCAC conference.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to Christian education and high student achievement.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of previous coaching experience at the High School level or above.

Applicants must possess a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
