Job summary

Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation is seeking a high school baseball coach to lead the program in alignment with district philosophy and a varsity coach. You will be responsible for all squad members from reporting time to departure, and you must be available for all functions by 3:05 p.m., including practices and games.

The ideal candidate has high school baseball experience, and knowledge of pitching, hitting, and fielding, with expertise in at least one area.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be a good role model for players (punctual, prepared, sportsmanship, etc.).
• The preferred candidate would have played high school baseball and preferably some college baseball.
• The preferred candidate will have general knowledge of pitching, hitting, and fielding with an expertise in one of the three categories - preferably pitching.
• The preferred candidate will have the ability to instruct and discipline high school students.
• The preferred candidate will have previous high school coaching experience.
