• Perform daily/weekly TPM tasks and complete checksheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skilled Labor starting rate $24.92 + Sign on bonus; Production starting rate $21.20, with increases every 3 months and a top‑out in 12 periods.

Benefits: Day‑1 9% 401(k) contribution, technical incentive, paid holidays, paid vacation.

Shift schedule: 1st shift 7:00 am‑3:30 pm; 2nd shift 3:30 pm‑10:30 pm (35‑hour work week, paid for 40 hrs plus 5% shift premium); 3rd shift 10:30 pm‑7:00 am (10% shift premium).

Job Description

Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. May require a high school diploma or equivalent with 0‑2 years of experience in the field or a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
