WebstaurantStore is hiring for multiple Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control roles at our Maryland warehouse on the 2B Shift: Wednesday to Friday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Training runs on the 2A Shift, Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM until November 1, 2026, with the 2A wage during training.

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will receive, inspect, and ship orders, operate forklifts, use ERP and handheld scanners, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with business proficiency.
• Distribution environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking using handheld scanners and ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products securely using SPS system.
• Unload deliveries with forklift or by hand.

## Job SummaryWe are hiring for multiple **Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control positions** at our warehouse for the **2B Shift: Wednesday to Friday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM**.**Please Note:** Candidates hired for the 2B Shift will begin training and work on the **2A Shift (Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM)** until **November 1, 2026**, when the 2B Shift officially begins. During this training period, candidates will receive the **2A shift wage**.Beginning November 1, candidates will transition to the **2B schedule (Wednesday to Friday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM)** and receive the corresponding **2B shift wage**.**Basic Overview:**Warehouse Material Handlers are responsible for efficiently and accurately receiving and shipping customer orders to ensure they are processed in a timely and secure manner. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment* Sort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processing* Pack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience* Unload live domestic deliveries from trailers using forklift equipment, or unload import containers by hand* Use our ERP system to systematically receive inventory accurately and efficiency, ready to be placed in storage racking* Move palletized product using pallet jacks/forklift equipment to organize the receiving dock, or transport product to other areas of the Distribution center* Scan and place inventory in racking locations using forklift equipment and a handheld scanning device, ready for warehouse operations* Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standards* Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.* Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals* Abide by all company and warehouse policies* Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation### Physical Requirements* Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.* Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.* Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.* Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.* Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.## Qualifications### ExperienceThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
