Job summary

Diverselynx India Private Limited seeks a Varicent specialist to design, implement, and support ICM/SPM solutions. You will configure Varicent Composer, create reports, dashboards, scorecards, and manage calculations across compensation plans.

You will integrate Varicent with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Workday, ensuring security, performance, and reliable data loads. Join a hands-on team delivering scalable compensation platforms, mentoring peers, participating in agile delivery, and driving

Qualifications

Experience with Varicent ICM/SPM development, configuration, administration, and support.
Strong expertise in Varicent Composer, Reports, Dashboards, Scorecards, and Calculation Manager.
Advanced SQL, data modeling, and ETL development skills.
Understanding of incentive compensation management, quotas, territories, and credit rules.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain Varicent compensation applications, calculations, workflows, and data models.
Configure and enhance compensation plans, commission structures, quotas, territories, and credit rules.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive analytics using Varicent tools.
Build and monitor data integrations, ETL processes, and automated data loads.
