Vapor Lounge in Spokane, WA seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to help customers find the right vaping products and educate them on benefits. You will use product knowledge to guide purchases, enroll customers in rewards, and process sales at the POS.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, stocking and maintaining store appearance, and supporting promotions to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience and/or usage of vapor products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a superior customer service experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, explain features, pricing and policies.
• Learn products continually to offer accurate information to customers.
• Answer questions, recommend products, and resolve concerns.
• Educate and enroll customers into the rewards program.
• Use the POS system to process sales and discounts.
• Process merchandise returns per company policies.
• Assist with stocking and inventory of products and supplies.
• Maintain a clean store environment and support marketing efforts.
