Abby Road Maumelle, Arkansas' No.1 Vape Shop, is seeking an Experienced Vape Shop Associate to join our team. This full-time role offers 40-42 hours per week with overtime potential and advancement opportunities for strong performers.

You will welcome customers, educate them about our products, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, well-merchandised store in Maumelle. Prior retail experience and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required for a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Vape and smoke shop product knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and a neat appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing stores.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.
• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products.
• Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing cash, credit cards and store gift cards.
• Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return.
• Merchandizing, stocking and cleaning.
