Abby Road Hope, located at 105 N Hervey St, Hope, AR 71801, is seeking an Experienced Vape Shop Associate to join our team. This fulltime role offers 40–42 hours per week, with shift lengths varying and overtime often available.

You will greet customers, answer questions, demonstrate products, and process payments to ensure a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are friendly, punctual, reliable, and energized by retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Open availability Monday through Sunday.
• Retail experience.
• Vape and smoke shop product knowledge.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Neat and clean appearance suitable for a retail environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to problem solve as issues arise.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and during downtime.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing stores.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.
• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products.
• Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing cash, credit cards and store gift cards.
• Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return.
• Merchandizing, stocking and cleaning.
