Store Manager

Role Overview: As the Store Manager, you will inspire, motivate, lead, and develop a store team. Your responsibilities include championing business strategies, vision, and values, maintaining optimal staffing levels, recruiting, hiring, educating, and motivating your team. You will set an example for exceptional customer engagement, maximize store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting assets, and ensuring standards for merchandising, operations, and community participation are met.
