Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Serve as a one-stop resource for customers, providing them with exciting product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable experience.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customer needs.
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
• Assume cashier duties as needed.
• Assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to foster a customer-centric mindset and create an inclusive store environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and adapt in the workplace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store’s customer base.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, lift, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.

Hiring Range

$14.08 USD - $21.12 USD per hour
