Retail Sales Lead

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  1. Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress and results against targets.
  2. Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions.
  3. Assist in providing feedback, coaching, and supervision of associates.
  4. Regularly interact with consumers, providing high-level customer service.
  5. Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company directives.

Skills for Success

What you bring:

  1. At least 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
  2. Proven communication skills.
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  4. Team leadership skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Completion of the Sales Associate Onboarding & Development plan.
  6. Formal education is a plus, but experience and achievements are most important.
