Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and people-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design or consulting projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; excellent communication.
• Mentoring ability and collaborative workplace focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and design professionals.
• Oversee daily branch operations and support successful delivery of projects.
• Coordinate workloads, staffing, and resources to support project success and employee well-being.
• Partner with project managers and supervising professionals to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Assist with project planning, fee development, contracts, and project kickoffs.
