Job description

Duties/Essential job functions:

  1. Support store managers in achieving company goals by providing timely information for decision making and required actions.
  2. Coach, train and support administrative team on process, technology, and accounting.
  3. Review accounting schedules and weekly audit reports of key accounts.
  4. Attend and participate in weekly management meetings.
  5. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, payroll and manufacture statements.
  6. Reconcile accounting schedules, make account adjustments, and resolve issues.
  7. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  8. Build documentation of process and procedures.
  9. Perform monthly financial analysis to assist in decision making.

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
