Job summary

The Van Monitor works with the transportation team to ensure student safety on the school van, secures restraints, assists with loading and seating, and supports documentation and conduct as the vehicle operates.

Qualifications

• 5 hours per school day – School year only (possible summer work).
• Experience with special‑needs students preferred.

• Consult and assist van driver in documentation of student information and record‑keeping.
• Maintain discipline on the school van; monitor and assist students while the bus is in operation.
