Job summary

Garic is seeking an experienced Van Towing Driver to join the Transport Team at our UK depot. You will tow trailers of various sizes, deliver and collect assets, and ensure safe operation and roadworthiness.

You’ll perform daily safety checks, plan efficient routes, and comply with drivers' hours and tachograph rules while upholding high asset care and customer service standards.

A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid B+E entitlement and towing experience required.
• Digital tachograph card and knowledge of hours rules.
• Ability to perform pre-use safety checks and drive in multi-drop routes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect company assets, towing trailers as required.
• Carry out daily safety checks and report defects immediately.
• Plan routes, ensure on-time deliveries and loads are secured.
• Comply with EU/UK drivers’ hours, tachographs and highway rules.
