Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass an extensive FBI Background Check.
• Willing to drive wheelchair accessible vans, minibus, or transit vehicles for up to 12 passengers.
• Availability for a split shift (morning and afternoon hours, Monday-Friday). No weekends required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to assist other programs as needed.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with 4 points or less.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities

1. Transport participants safely to and from program services and job sites, providing door-to-door assistance.
2. Ensure safety measures are followed while driving.
3. Maintain a clean and secure environment in the vehicle.
4. Follow individual service plans and report concerns or incidents.
5. Record mileage, times, and participant attendance accurately.
6. Complete documentation and billing reports daily/weekly.
7. Maintain efficient routes and communicate any changes.
8. Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report repairs.
9. Refuel and check vehicle fluids daily.
10. Attend meetings and complete required trainings.
11. Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
12. Follow scheduled routes without unauthorized stops.
13. Adhere to Ohio Safety Laws and safety standards.

Qualifications
