Job summary

Prairie St. John's is seeking a Van Driver/Mental Health Technician to support patients and contribute to a caring behavioral health team.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, full benefits, and a repeating two-week schedule. There is potential for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested, making it a solid foundation for growth in nursing, therapy, social work, and substance use disorder services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, adolescents or adults in a health care setting or group setting such as day care, school, group homes, or residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Obeys all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations maintaining a safe driving record
• Operates company van/vehicle with manual transmission
• Addresses minor vehicle maintenance including fueling, checking and maintaining fluid levels and proper tire inflation
• Schedules vehicle oil changes, tune-ups, and washes as approved
• Maintains proper boundaries with patients and/or clients
• Assures confidentiality of patient and company information is not released
